From protective styles to silk presses, locs, trims, and more, every service is designed with the health and integrity of your hair in mind. 📋 IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICIES •Please arrive with clean, product-free hair unless your selected service includes shampooing. •Detangling: Excessive matting or detangling may result in an additional fee or require rescheduling. •Hair requirements: Clients receiving certain protective styles may be required to arrive with hair properly prepared, depending on the service. •Consultations: Required for new clients receiving certain braid/protective styling services. •Pricing: All prices listed as “starting at” are subject to change based on length, density, size, complexity, and additional services required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
•Booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. •Booking fees are transferable only if the cancellation was made no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. •Only one reschedule is allowed per appointment. •There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on services rendered.
